Pricing
Refer to your price schedule for pricing, minimums and freight requirements. Orders must be for full cases only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms
Net 30 days on credit approved accounts. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to delinquent accounts. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Freight
All orders that do not meet minimum freight requirements are shipped collect or prepaid and added to invoice. Manufacturer pays for freight charges only on shipments meeting prepaid requirements. All accessorial freight charges must be paid by consignee at time of delivery. Refer to price schedule for requirements.
Receiving
Delivery receipt must show any damage and/or shortage. Hidden damage must be claimed by consignee against delivering carrier.
Returns
No returns without authorization number. Merchandise returned for credit must be sent within 30 days of purchage date. Only unopened pails and cases, in resalable condition, can be returned for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped prepaid.
